Shri Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director (Finance) chaired the Review Meeting of Eastern Region-I stations at ER-I Headquarters, Patna on 5th January 2025. The meeting was attended by Shri Sudip Nag, Regional Executive Director (East-I), Shri A K Manohar, Executive Director (OS), Shri Virendra Malik, Executive Director (Finance), Business Unit Heads (BUHs) of ER-I stations, and senior officials from ER-I Headquarters and the Corporate Centre.

The review featured in-depth discussions on various financial and commercial aspects of the ER-I Region Stations. Shri Srinivasan lauded the stations for their commendable performance in managing these issues effectively. He emphasized the importance of addressing legacy challenges through proactive and sustainable solutions. Shri Srinivasan highlighted the need for a pragmatic approach when dealing with discoms, considering circumstantial factors to develop effective resolutions.

Later in the meeting, Shri Ravindra Kumar, Director (Operations), joined the session and addressed the delegates, further enriching the discussions.
